Most of my work has lived at the intersection of language, product thinking, and emerging technology — shaping how people experience products at scale, not just screen by screen. Recently, that’s meant designing content systems for AI-powered experiences, building frameworks for conversational interfaces, and using AI as a creative and strategic partner throughout the design process.
I grew up between Taipei and Los Angeles as the daughter of immigrants, with English as my second language. That experience shaped how I think about communication — not just as words on a screen, but as access, clarity, and connection. It’s why I care deeply about thoughtful systems, inclusive language, and building products that help people feel understood.
